Meet The Staff
I have been in the dental field for 11 years. I joined Dr. Vo’s team 6 years ago, and have enjoyed working as a team for our patients. I find great pleasure being part of the process that gives a healthy smile to our patients. Being confident with your teeth allows you to smile more, which contributes greatly to your happiness. Watching the transformation and knowing I was part of it make me love my career.
Monica De Leon
I have been a dental assistant for 8 years. I was fortunate to have on the job training with Dr. Vo. Ever since, I’ve continued my journey with him. The most passionate part of my job is to see patients gain so much confidence after have their dental work completed. It’s a great feeling when I know I was a part of it.
Melodi is incredibly soft, gentle and caring. Patients that have seen her have all commented on how gentle her hands are and how kind and positive she is. She has a wonderfully pleasant personality and we are certain you will enjoy her as much as we already do!
Melodi has been a hygienist for over 20 years and still loves what she does. She is originally from Illinois but has lived in Arizona for 13 years. When she isn’t cleaning teeth, she enjoys raising her two teenage boys, hiking in the beautiful Arizona desert, working out, shopping and home improvements.
I have been in the dental industry for over 30 years and have witnessed many changes. I received my dental assisting training through a vocational course my senior year of high school in Castro Valley, Ca. I moved to Surprise, AZ in summer of 2006 and have been with Dr. Vo for over 7 years now and have enjoyed how Dr. Vo keeps up with new technology. He is a very good dentist and I find it quite rewarding to watch a fearful patient come in and have Dr. Vo instantly put them at ease. I like being one of the first people the patient sees when entering our office and enjoy getting to know our patients. When our patients leave happy, especially with a new smile, I know we have all had a part in this result. It’s wonderful to be a part of easing a patient and putting a beautiful smile on their face. That in itself puts a smile on my face and makes me feel good about the job I do.
